Um, it would be in your best interest to check out Oregon state University at RateMyProfessors.com . Look for Dr. Crowder. Feel free to add your thoughts. (BTW, it seems Dr. Boucher is still up too).
Is low fat yogurt healthier then light? (I'm assuming fat free is the healthiest)

I don't know about that fat free stuff. Just because it doesn't have fat doesn't mean that it is healthy. Fat free probably just means more weird chemicals and artificial sweeteners which = not healthy to me. Just my three dollars...
That would depend on your definition of healthy. If you were going for a low fat diet, then yes it would be healthier. But like the wise Aaron said, you need to see what they did to make it fat free.
For example, I believe Fat Free Milk to be the healthiest choice for me because- yes- it is fat free, but it has exactly the same amount of nutrients as 1% and 2%. The same amount of calcium and everything. So all it lacks is excess fat. But you, jon g- don't even drink milk so I guess that was not the best example.

BTW...that last comment was written by Gaby...I forgot to sign my name.
You know, through some extensive research on the subject, I have found that skim-milk actually has a slightly higher level of calcium in it than any other type of milk. Only whole milk comes with Natural Vitamins A and D, but those are added to 2% and below anyway...so you are not missing out on any extra stuff from whole milk. But since our subject here does not even drink milk, then perhaps we should use the example of sugar free chocolate...I know nothing about sugar free chocolate, so if anybody else knows something, please inform me.
So Jon G....your quetsion is faulty b/c lite and low fat mean virtually the same thing. I think you meant regular vs. low fat/fat free. BUT...are you even able to eat much yogurt?? hmmm...
GG
Hmm...sugar free chocolate is an interesting example. This could be a good choice if you are diabetic, or if you're weird and on the Atkins diet. Low sugar can mean low carbs. HOWEVER...a lot of sugar free candies (especially hard candies) can make you sick in other ways...like your stomach. So a little bit of sugar free candy is okay- but a lot can give you the you know whats. Better to eag regular chocolate (yum), but just in moderation.
But that's just my four dollars.
GG
I Serbia they liked to serve bacon fat. And by bacon fat I mean a slab of fat the size of a 3x5 notecard. Eating it was the closed thing to euphoira I know. It was like an explosion in your mouth. Although, it probobly took like 3 years off my life. Oh well.
